Professional Women in Advocacy brings together women across the country working in all aspects of government relations and public affairs including political engagement, lobbying, communications, fundraising, law, campaigns, and activism. The organization’s annual awards are the only to recognize women advocates.

This year, there were 81 nominees for the awards. The Excellence in a State Issue Campaign was the most competitive category with 18 nominees. Peer judges, women working in government relations, advocacy and public affairs, narrowed down the list to just three finalists in each category.

The final awardees will be announced at the Excellence in Advocacy Reception and Awards on Monday, October 21st in Washington, DC.
