Seattle Family Recovering After Shooting at Belltown Club

KOMOTV's Gabe Cohen interviewed Debi Boyette, who found her voice in support of Enhanced Assault Weapon Background Checks after being injured in a shooting at Seattle's Crocodile nightclub: 


“Despite the pain, she’s also found a new voice. Boyette says she’s working toward gun reform with several organizations, including Grandmothers Against Gun Violence and the Alliance for Gun Responsibility.

Last week, Debi’s husband, Colin, testified on her behalf to several state senators about House Bill 1387, which focuses on assault weapon background checks and would require an assault weapon license to purchase an assault weapon.”
