Let’s thank Gabby Giffords

Three years ago, a young, troubled man shattered the Tucson, Arizona morning by attacking a crowd of citizens meeting with Congresswoman Gabby Giffords — killing six and injuring 13, including Congresswoman Giffords.

It would have been easier for Gabby to recover privately, and retire while avoiding the limelight, but that’s not her style.

For the last three years, in addition to working hard to recover and heal, she’s been a tireless advocate for reducing gun violence, and proving to all that gun responsibility is something that all of us — including gun owners like Gabby and her husband — should fight for.

She deserves our thanks. Click here to add your name, and a message to our thank you card for Gabby.

She’s been an inspiration for all of us here at the Washington Alliance for Gun Responsibility, and we can never repay her for all she’s done to advance our work — but we sure can show her how much we appreciate her.

And since you’re a critical part of our team, I’m sure she’d love to hear from you, too.

Just click here to sign our thank you card for her.

Thanks for adding your voice to let Gabby know how much she means to us.
